How to ask
Email hello@visibeeagency.com with:
- the subject "Delete my data";
- the name of your business (and, if you were contacted on Instagram or Facebook, the profile name).
We confirm the deletion by email within 30 days.
What we delete
- any website preview made for your business;
- the information we collected about your business and your messages with us;
- for customers: your account details, content and change requests, once your website is closed.
What we may keep
- Invoices and payment records, because tax law requires us to keep them.
- Your business name and the profile we contacted, only if you also asked us not to contact you again. Without it we couldn't make sure we never contact you again.
