Who we are

Visibee ("Visibee", "we", "us") is a web agency based in Italy.

Our services are for businesses, not for consumers. By buying from us you confirm you are acting for a business.

What we do

We design, host and maintain websites for small businesses.

• Free previews. We may build a free preview of a website for your business. A preview is free and you have no obligation to buy. Previews expire after 14 days.
• Your website. When you buy, we publish the website on your domain and keep it online, secure and up to date for as long as your subscription is active.
• Other services (e-commerce, social media, ads, AI assistants and automations) are quoted separately. The quote we send you by email sets the scope and price.

Prices and payments

• All prices are in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Prices do not include taxes that may apply where you are.
• Your subscription renews automatically every month (or year) until you cancel.
• The yearly renewal is charged on the anniversary of your purchase, starting from the second year.
• If we change our prices, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the change applies to you.

Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time by writing to hello@visibeeagency.com.
• There are no penalties and no cancellation fees.
• Your website stays online until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, it goes offline.
• Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours. On request we give you what you need to move it to another provider.
• Cancelling your subscription also cancels the yearly renewal.

30-day guarantee

If you're not happy, ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we refund the full setup fee. No questions asked. Details are in our Refund Policy.

Changes to your website

Included in your plan

• Unlimited changes to your text, opening hours, photos, prices and menus.
• You send changes through your private chat or by email. We show you a preview before publishing.

Extras, paid separately

• New page: $99
• New section on an existing page: $49
• Online booking or ordering: +$19/month

Response times

We reply to change requests within 1 business day.

Your content

• You confirm you have the rights to the logo, photos and text you send us, and that publishing them does not break anyone else's rights.
• You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to use it only to build, host and show your website.
• Our previews may show public photos and reviews from your Google Business Profile, with attribution. You can ask us to replace or remove them at any time.
• You may not ask us to publish content that is illegal, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights. We may refuse or remove such content.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe tries again automatically and we let you know by email. If the payment still fails after these attempts, we may suspend your website until the payment is made. We reactivate it as soon as the balance is paid.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep your website online and secure, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable.

• We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost data.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute goes to the competent courts in Italy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change affects you, we email you at least 30 days before it applies. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
