30-day full refund
If you ask within 30 days of your purchase, we refund the full setup fee. No questions asked.
The first monthly charge happens 30 days after purchase, so in the first 30 days the setup fee is the only thing you've paid.
Monthly plans and yearly renewals
- Monthly charges and yearly renewals are not refundable once the period they cover has started.
- You can cancel at any time. Nothing more is charged after you cancel, and your website stays online until the end of the period you've paid for.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@visibeeagency.com with the subject "Refund request" and your business name.
We confirm by email and refund to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank usually shows the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
When the setup fee is refunded, your website is taken offline and the subscription is cancelled.
